Since launching, we’ve been so happy to see our customers enjoying our range of Cannoli, Gift Boxes, PIY Kits, and Cakes. However, we wanted to extend our skills and range to include some delicious new cakes and our highly-requested Italian pastries.
Let’s start with our smaller cakes and pastries. So many of our customers have been enjoying the additional desserts that have sat alongside our signature cannoli. However, up until this point, they were only available has part of our complete gift boxes!. Well, you asked and we listened. They are now finally available to purchase online individually! This mouth-watering range includes:
Sfogliatelle
Delicate layers of crisp pastry filled with traditional ricotta and mixed peel.
Vanilla Slice
Housemade vanilla custard, sandwiched between layers of moreish puff pastry.
Mini Ricotta Cakes
A mini version of a classic ricotta cake. Decadent yet balanced.
Chocolate Eclairs
An airy choux pastry case, piped full of fresh whipped cream and dipped in rich chocolate.
Custard Log
Sweet enriched dough surrounding a creamy home-made vanilla custard, rolled in heavenly cinnamon sugar.
Each pastry and cake is made by hand by our legendary pastry chefs, and can be delivered right to your door. Perfect for an individual indulgence or to share at your next family gathering. You can also order these as an add-on to any of our select gift boxes. Great if you have a loved one that has a particular penchant for Sfogliatelle, or maybe an eclair for your resident chocoholic.
Now onto our new cake range. If you’ve had one of our cannoli you’ll already know that they’re the best tasting cannoli in Sydney. We wanted to bring that same level of deliciousness to our cake selection – delivering the yummiest cakes in Sydney, right to you. Our latest cake offerings include:
Tiramisu Cake
Light chocolate sponge layered with espresso and mascarpone. Finished with chocolate shavings and fresh strawberries.
Chocolate Mud Cake
Fudgy chocolate cake sandwiched with both milk and dark chocolate ganache. Finished with chocolate rosettes, scalloped piping and chocolate triangles.
Red Velvet
Rich red chocolate sponges, spread with vanilla buttercream, coated in chocolate ganache and topped with a buttercream drip. Finished with chocolate triangles and buttercream rosettes.
Caramel Mud Cake
Buttery caramel cakes stacked with two tones of caramel ganache. Finished with a piped trim and chocolate triangles.
Black Forest
Chocolate sponges and cream are balanced perfectly with piquant fresh cherry juice. Finished with chocolate shavings and fresh strawberries.
All of these cakes are approximately 20cm in diameter and serve 10 people – great for a small gathering or celebration. From the sponges to the ganache, buttercream to whipped mascarpone – every element of every cake is made in house and fresh to order. They not only taste divine but are available to order at the drop of a hat. So whether you have a surprise coffee morning to host or have forgotten to make a cake for your family gathering, the whole range is available with 24 hours notice.
