Once the courier collects the orders on the morning of delivery, an automated text message will be sent to the shipping contact phone number listed on the order. This will contain a link to live tracking and an expected delivery time.
From here, you can also communicate with the driver!
If no one is on premises to accept the delivery, you can message the courier with instructions for where to leave the order. An alternative delivery address will not be accepted on the day of delivery.
Please note, we do not recommend leaving the order out of the fridge for more than a few hours.
You may change your delivery address up until 3pm on the day prior to your order delivery date. If an alternative address needs to be provided for any reason on the day of delivery, this will incur an additional delivery cost of $29.
