Where are you located?

We are an online-only store, operating from a Sydney-based bakery.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to most of the Sydney metropolitan area.

How much notice do you require?

Orders need to be placed by 3pm on the day prior to you required delivery. You can select your required delivery date during checkout.

What days do you deliver?

Delivery is available Wednesday to Sunday.

What time will my order arrive?

Your order will arrive anytime between 11am and 5pm on the day of delivery. Unfortunately we cannot allocate specific times.

Can I pick up my order?

Unfortunately we don’t provide a pickup service at this stage.

How do I track my delivery?

Once the courier collects the orders on the morning of delivery, an automated text message will be sent to the shipping contact phone number listed on the order. This will contain a link to live tracking and an expected delivery time.
From here, you can also communicate with the driver!

What if no one can receive the delivery?

If no one is on premises to accept the delivery, you can message the courier with instructions for where to leave the order. An alternative delivery address will not be accepted on the day of delivery.
Please note, we do not recommend leaving the order out of the fridge for more than a few hours.

What if the wrong delivery address has been entered?

You may change your delivery address up until 3pm on the day prior to your order delivery date. If an alternative address needs to be provided for any reason on the day of delivery, this will incur an additional delivery cost of $29.

Can cannoli be left out of the fridge?

Cannoli are safe to leave out of the fridge for up to 3 hours.
