DELIVERY TIME & FEES:

We offer courier delivery at a flat rate of $12 to most of the greater Sydney area.  Free delivery is offered for orders over $100.

The area highlighted on the map below is our delivery zone.
We deliver Thursday – Saturday.
Orders are delivered anytime between 9am and 12pm on your selected delivery date.
Specified delivery times cannot be provided. Please be mindful of this if you’re ordering for a daytime function, or for a location that closes before 5pm.
Orders can be placed up to 7pm on the day prior to your preferred delivery date.

WILL I RECEIVE DELIVERY UPDATES:

Once the courier collects your order from our bakery, you will receive an SMS notification with a tracking link and ETA (estimated time of arrival). It’s important to note that whilst this ETA is generally accurate, it’s still not a quaranteed delivery time, and your order may still arrive well outside this suggested time.

WHEN WILL MY DELIVERY ARRIVE?

Orders are delivered anytime between 9am and 12pm on your selected delivery date.
Cannoli are piped fresh on the morning of delivery.

Large volume orders and peak periods may take longer, in which case we will notify you.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE RECIPIENT ISN’T HOME?

We highly recommend delivering to a business address or residential address where you know someone will be there to accept the delivery.

If no-one is available to receive the order, and you have not given us authority to leave the order at th delivery address, then the order will be disposed and a new order will need to be placed. No refund or discount can be provided.

WHAT HAPPEN’S IF I PROVIDE THE WRONG ADDRESS?

If you provide the wrong address and have just placed your order email us ASAP at hello@cannolirush.com.au and we will endeavor to fix it prior to shipping.

Unfortunately, if you provide us with an incorrect address and we deliver your order as per your instructions, then we accept no responsibility for the mistake.

If your gift is returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect delivery details, a new order will need to be placed.

Please triple check your shipping details when placing an order, including business names, tower numbers, and hospital wards.

CAN I CHOOSE A DELIVERY TIME?

No unfortunately due to the volume of orders being delivered and the courier’s delivery schedule changing daily, this is not an option. Orders are delivered randomly between 9am and 12pm.

CAN I SEND A GIFT BOX OVERSEAS? 

No sorry, due to the delicate nature of our cakes, we only offer delivery within the Sydney metro area.
